What we process

• Contact form: your name, email address, company name if you provide it, and your message.
• Email: your email address and the content of the conversation when you write to us directly.
• Technical data: the IP address your browser sends when you open a page. It is matched in real time against a local database on our server only to decide which language to show the site in; it is not stored for that purpose and is not shared. Our server may keep standard access logs for security.

Why we process it

We use form and email data only to answer your request, send you the demo, quote or information you asked for, and continue that conversation. After you submit the form you receive an automatic email confirming that your message reached us.

We do not add you to marketing lists, send newsletters, sell your data or use it for advertising.

We use technical data to show the site in the right language and keep it secure.

Legal basis and collection method

Data is collected electronically when you send it to us through the website form or by email.

Contact data is processed because it is directly related to entering into a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c) and is necessary for our legitimate interest without harming your fundamental rights and freedoms (Art. 5/2-f). Technical data relies on our legitimate interest in running the site correctly and securely (Art. 5/2-f).

Sharing and transfers

Our website and email are hosted by service providers on servers in Türkiye. Your data resides on their systems only as far as needed to provide hosting and email. We do not transfer personal data outside Türkiye.

We may share data with public authorities when legally required to.

Retention

We delete contact data within a reasonable time after your request is answered and the conversation ends. If your request turns into a business relationship, we keep the data for the length of that relationship and any legal retention period.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses no cookies and no analytics, advertising or social media tracking. Fonts and images are served from our own server. Some technology icons load from a public icon service (simpleicons.org).

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you can ask us to:

• Tell you whether we process your personal data and, if so, give you information about it
• Tell you why it is processed and whether it is used for that purpose
• Tell you which third parties in Türkiye or abroad it has been shared with
• Correct it if it is incomplete or inaccurate
• Delete or destroy it under the conditions of Article 7
• Notify third parties it was shared with of any correction or deletion
• Object to an outcome against you that results solely from automated analysis
• Compensate you for damage caused by unlawful processing

How to make a request

Email info@optinode.com.tr, or write to the KEP or postal address above. We answer free of charge within 30 days at the latest (KVKK Art. 13). If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK). If you are in the EU or UK, you may also have rights under the GDPR, and you can use the same address to exercise them.
